You can spray basecoat of ANY color you like then topcoat it with a dull clearcoat. The PPG number would be dcu2065.
You can take a single stage urethane and add flattner to the paint to make any precent gloss you like. There is NO said stand by formula to achieve a flat shine, as the ratio varies from hardner to hardner etc.
Personally I wouldnt use the rustoleum as its same type of enamel based paint. Enamel is outdated and an urethane product will outlast enamel...Eric | | |
