DMV up here needs a current value from a registered appraiser, but only for a bonded title (no title in hand). Can't imagine why they need the original sale price. headscratch
nadaguides has original MSRP, but only for up to 3800's. Those were $1200 with platform body. Might get you in the ballpark.
