Yes, it's flooding when it's hot. Try lowering the float level by about 1/16" to give it a little more upward pressure on the float before the gas is able to overflow into the venturi when the engine is warmed up. Also be absolutely sure the float doesn't have a leak. Give it a good shake and listen for liquid sloshing around inside. Just a little gasoline inside the float will make it too heavy to get enough lift to properly shut the needle valve off at a stop after cruising a while.
