Just did a "complete" rebuild on a 1962 Rochester BC carb using a kit from Mikes Carburetor Parts (http://www.carburetor-parts.com/Rochester-B-BC-BV-1-Barrel-Premium-Carburetor-Kit-_p_2792.html) -- I've never done anything like it, but it all went together well, and runs great (to my un-tuned ear). The folks at Mikes were also easy to work with and helped me identify the right parts for my carb.
