Top and original I posted a couple of days ago is from Classic Part # 03-011 as listed on my invoice.This one will compress nicely to seal but the tongue is also long enough to seal if the door is not in perfect alignment!
Bottom is the one I ordered from The Old Car Centre in Langley B.C. Part # is CT47-20530 it was from Counterpart. I don't know if this is the same profile as the one from the Filling Station.
Looking at the two pics, the measurement which really matters for easy door closure is the distance from the bottom, to the valley at the center of the top surface.
That distance for the top pic looks to be 1/8 inch shorter than the bottom pic. 1/8 inch can make a huge difference.
