Soak the center with either Kroil or Deep Creep made by Seafoam. Let is set for a day and keep hitting it with the penetrating oil. Get a harmonic balancer pulley from your local FLAPS and start pulling. Keep soaking the center until it breaks lose. When I pulled mine I broke one of the ears off and stripped the center bolt on the first puller. Had to purchase another one, but they are not to expensive. Second puller with the Deep Creep did the charm. When you go to re-install it, put a small amount of anti-seize on the crank shaft and inside the harmonic balancer so it won't seize on the crankshaft if you need to pull it again.
