| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,097 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,097 | GM crate engines that cover the range from 69-85 are drilled & tapped for the front mounts. I have installed several of them in TF trucks with the stock mounts. The original engine in my 88 truck and the factory replacement engine were not drilled and tapped for the front mounts and did not have provisions for a engine driven fuel pump.
