The alternative is Schneider cams in San Diego. They have done my last four cams. Here is the thing, you call, you talk to the boss, you tell him what you are doing with the motor, the vehicle, trans, gears, weight, and he will recommend a grind and then you send him your cam and they regrind your cam to specification. I have had very good luck with their cams in terms of quality and service. So now you have a couple of choices.
