Hi guys. Hope I'm not beating a dead horse here. Does anybody have pictures of the bracket that goes under the rear springs that holds the link of lever shocks? Mine is a 49 GMC with double action shocks. What the truck came with were two, built with the butt, plates. I bought the front shock brackets from a junkyard and they sold me the rear as well, but I don't think the rear are original. One looks like a piece of spring leaf with holes and the one that holds the link looks like cast iron with an angled shape, but hd a new hole cut with a lighter instead of a drill. I see most convert to tube shocks but I want to keep original.
