Looks like my Rochester model b manual choke.
Should be a 4 digit number on flange mount.I believe you add "700" to that number which gives you the carb. number.// I just looked at mine it has 4475 stamped on bottom flange and my tag says 7004475. But I'm sure others will chime in.
