Thanks Tim. The chrome trim was on the outside of the window...underneath some paint. I asked about the build sheet because I also have a '67 Firebird and was able to get a copy of the original factory build sheet from Pontiac Historical services. I want to restore this truck as close to original as possible but I might give in on some of the chrome features and switch it from 6v to 12volt.
