Yes, the 53 cab will bolt to the 54 frame.
My guess is that 53 bed can be bolted to the 54 frame, but I do not know if the 53 bed mounting blocks need to be used, and if the 53 rear fenders are closer to tires with/without the blocks.
Maybe someone who has done this will confirm/clarify/correct?
