Let's say you find the original paint code and someone that can mix it, it won't match the patina.
Your post elsewhere mentioned a hood replacement so I still recommend using the old hood because you are not going to match the patina even if you find the original color.
Don't waste your time looking for the paint code. Take previous posters recommendation of getting a local paint store to match what you have as this will be closer to what you have vs what was the original color. Note, you may get the same color, but it will be shinier and so will appear to be a different color. The paint shop will use a special camera to match the color but will polish the sample before they read it... won't work otherwise.
50+ year old faded paint took 50+ years to get the patina it has so getting a modern match is near impossible. The attempt may look just like that... "an attempt". I still say you might be better off working with the pieces you have and try to avoid any painting whatsoever. The repaired sections will look repaired, which is a far better result than trying to hide the repair.
