forman 'Bolter F Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 36 Edmond, Oklahoma	I just received my new wheels from e-trailer. They came in black powder coat. Can they be painted over with a one stage enamel or do they need to be bead blasted first? They are going on my 1950 1 ton GMC and need to match the body color.
