VERY nice write-up.
My only question is: were both 1956 truck and car engines drilled the same for camshaft oiling? I thought (perhaps mistakenly) that oiling of the camshaft on 235 truck engines did not change until 1956 (and the 1955 truck engines could not use hydraulic lifters)?
