It would use the same flywheel for the 350 providing it is the earlier engine as mentioned previously. The dampener would be larger on the 350 which may require some pulley changes. You will need to use the short water pump that came on the 283 to line up the pulleys and give the correct clearance between the fan and radiator. Fred
