I wouldn't buy a vehicle with an altered vin tag, pop riveted on, or no title, etc. Some people I know have this truck and I'm just trying to get this thing figured out for them. Look's like a 70's style hot rod, big fat wheels and tires sticking out past the rear fenders (looks like crap}, car Muncie 4 speed, newer style rear end, 59 truck with a 55/6 front clip. Doesn't run and been sitting for years.
