BC, The Filling Station lists your part as PN 70-1828 and in my old catalog has a price of $65.80 for "revulcanizing".
When I restored my '36 Chevy pickup in the early 1970s the side engine mounts needed "revulcanizing". In looking at them it looked like 1/8" steel plate was crimped around a captured rubber pad. I heated the metal to uncrimp it. That had the effect of incinerating the old rubber, but so what? I duplicated the size and shape of the original rubber part and crimped the metal parts back together cold in my vise and 40+ years later that home repair is holding up fine.
