| | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 428 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 428 | I have wrestled with the hood on my '70 C10 trying to get it to sit down in the back and nothing has worked. I have noticed a fair amount of movement (probably from wear) in the area of the hinges where a flat piece of metal is riveted between the front and rear sections of the hinges. Could this be an indication that it is time to replace the hinges? Take a look at the pics to see the area I am referring to. hood hinge hood hinge 2 | | |
