Greg. I did similar to Fox above, found a box to use as a template and fabricated new sides. I was lucky, bought flat 16 gauge new steel and The guy that bent the panels for me charged $100 to form the sides and 6 stake pockets. No the stake pockets are not stock looking but I'm happy with them. Also made new cross sills out of 2" square tubing. There is a good tech tip here on this site
