That is a good choice, but there a few things that would need work to put it in.
1. water pump conversion.
2. 1960 and later dropped the pivot point for the stock throttle linkage.
(I have one remedy on my blog).3. drilling timing plate for your front mount.
4. Manifold. 41 has straight down exhaust dump, 62 will angle back. So head pipe work would need to be done. Or, I personally use adapter rings in the head to allow the use of the 216 manifold on the 235.
