If it is a Canadian built, and imported truck, it could actually be rated a little higher than a GM U.S. built truck, of the same size. I've noticed by collecting GM truck literature through the years, the Canadian built trucks, are rated higher/gvw, and Military trucks lower/gvw. I(s it a Chevrolet, or GMC ?
