I bought a wiring harness from Y N Z's Wiring, in Redlands California. Mine was pretty much stock, except that they customized it for turn signals. The harness was set up perfectly. They are able to customize harnesses for alternators. Not sure about blackout lights. But, it would be worth contacting them to find out. Their tech support was great. I even got the owner on the phone once. He was very helpful as well. They don't give their harnesses away. But, they are as good a quaility as you will find. Here is a link for you.
