Absolutely not- - - -8.20-15's were standard tires for big Buicks, Cadillacs, etc. and they needed a much wider rim. That's also a bias ply designation, not a radial. The sidewall profile would be a lot higher on the 8.20, something like 78% of the tread width, instead of the 60% tread-to sidewall ratio of the 60 series radial.
