If it is a '51 3100 drivetrain/chassis, it will have Bendix brakes and the adjuster is at the bottom of the backing plate (Huck has the adjusters at the top of the backing plate).

Back into the garage just now and the adjusters are on the top.
Matter of fact the RR and LF still have the metal plugs that fit
into the adjusting slots. Jeffrey
