Well I finally got it late last night. I used awls in the bottom 2 holes and had my son pull up on both of them at the same time to get the top bolt in. It worked on that side, the other side only needed one awl and some pulling on it. Grand total 6 hours to get the grill in. That includes the top and bottom valances. Bottom was much tougher than the top valance. But it sure does look good now!!
