I made my own brackets. I used cardboard for a rough template, then plywood for a better template, then 5/8 plate steel for the final product.
You need to match the bolt holes up to the axle and caliper. Gauge the distance for the caliper to clear the rotor. Adjust until all is clear for the caliper to fit over the rotor.
Final is to determine the inward and outward distance for the caliper to the rotor.
