I usually don't publish how I spend my money, but I'd be happy to share the info with you by PM. The building was very affordable. Concrete was more than I initially expected, but I could have never done that work. I chose the right concrete guy too, which made all the difference in the world. When we measured the final slab in phase 1, it was dead on 24' X 25'.
I'm very happy with this shop. It was a good value and a good investment.
