According to my reference ("Standard Catalog of American Light Duty Trucks, 2nd Ed." John Gunnell, Editor):
Outer Bars are body color (chrome was optional)
Inner bars and vertical supports are Waldorf white
side pieces (vertical) are body color.
Here are some pictures of an original '49 Grille same as a '50. This grille is from a 4400 series truck, but other than dimensions, the color scheme, design and layout is the same as your '50.
