Hy BigBlockCameo, my newest service manual is a 1977, it says the standard engine for a CE65 is a 366 with the option being a 427. There is supposed to be an engine identification plate on the front upper side of the right hand valve cover, 366 - GM114-366 CID, 427 - 114- 427 CID, hope that helps.
