Goach, too bad this wasn't a separate topic....that said your truck "Should" have 4.56 gears now. A 5.14 gear will slow you down. Now if you were pulling a 50's style loaded horse trailer in the Rocky's then 5.14s would be a nice improvement.....more towing power.....less top end on the flats.
