Looking at filler neck and trying to determine if it is wise to try to remove neck where it appears to be bolted on. It would greatly improve my ability to inspect, clean and repair. The question is, if the flange going to come off easy are there gasket parts for it and if it does not want to come off should I just leave it alone? Has anyone had experience with this gas tank model including the filler neck? Pictures of tank and a closeup of the neck are in my photo album. 48 Loadmaster Photo Album Roger Burgoyne Member # 42,919 1948 Chevrolet 1-1/2 Ton Loadmaster w/Dump Terre de Bourgogne Llama Ranch, Arizona | | |
