Super glue the three together . Using a piece of wood with a hole in it push the bolt from bottom set flat washer lock washer then thread the nut on a couple of threads , drop glue on the bottom edge of nut and outside edge of lock washer . Let dry turn bolt out repeat. Hot glue works best if you have one available.
