| | | | Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 71 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 71 | I have a 67 c10. It has the trans w/o 1st gear synchro. I've picked up a fully synchronized 3 speed to replace it. Should this be a straight bolt on job or will other parts need to be switched out also / reworked. I ask because I noticed the shift levers shafts on my old trans seem closer together then on the one I picked up to replace them and it. Made me start thinking about drive shaft etc.
