As said by others the 62 was the last year of the Torsion bar suspension. They have a wider frame and therefore different cab mount locations. The grill went to single 7in headlamps, the interior paint color is lighter than 60/61.
The Stovebolt 235 / 261 engines were used for the last year. (early 63 4x4 did still get them) Light trucks had hydraulic clutch actuation. (heavy trucks kept it for a few more years.)
The side trim and any two tone paint was new in 62 and was used up to the end of style in 66. (Chevys only not GMC)
