One issue to be aware of is that they will use both standard and metric on the same part. I just did a brake job on a 59 car, the mount holes were tapped standard but the bleeder screw was metric. The parts came from Napa.

Ordered inside door handles for my 55.2 truck. The set screws to hold them on were metric.
We've had the same problem here in Canada for a long time.
I first noticed it back in '90 when I did the brakes on a '88 K-car. The top caliper bolts were SAE and the bottoms were metric.
Its been like that on pretty well every vehicle I've seen since then.
I think its stupid.
