It's been awhile since I've done this but I would think the products would still be available. Both Dupont and PPG offer a flatting agent that is mixed with your paint just prior to spraying. Depending on the amount of agent added, determines the reduction of gloss in the final product. If you goe this route, spray a couple of test panels until you get the ratio where you want it. The paint will initially go on glossy, but will die back as it dries. I've used this in both single stage enamels and urethanes with excellent results. I have not tried this with bc/cc. Also be sure to stir and strain the flatting agent thoroughly before adding to your paint. Sometimes it has the tendency to clump and you'll find your gun spitting little white flecks when you least want them.
