I painted them first, semi gloss black, such as the rest of the truck.
I decided to "brush paint" a couple of things today with some Chrome paine, just to see how it would look.
At a distance, it looks okay. Up close, the brush stokes are apparent.
I'll decided what to do when I put the parts back on the truck.
