Spray some more 2K HB primer on your burn through and gently sand so it's flat without burning through again.
For years I've been in the paint and body business and have never heard or seen anyone sealing a 2K HB primer before painting with any kind of paint including bc/cc or single stage urethane.
If you plan on painting over old paint where there is no HB primer, you may want to put a sealer on those areas as a barrier between the old paint and the new paint as the new technology stuff is "hotter" and would likely react badly to the original coating.
I won't say not to seal as I am not familiar with what summit is selling, but I will say you should read the TDS (technical data sheet) thoroughly before applying a sealer. If it says to use a sealer, you haven't used 2K HB primer... hang on!!! are you using lacquer primer by chance??? Was there an activator for it or was it just "air dry"? If so, that's a whole other issue... I take back everything I've said if it's lacquer primer.
