Assuming you're talking about the modern 194, you'll be losing 41 cubic inches and a lot of torque due to the shorter stroke. You can use a bellhousing for a 59 V8 to adapt the rear mounting points, but you'll have to fabricate new front engine mounts. The exhaust, and probably the radiator hoses will have to be adapted as well. It's not a bolt-in swap by any means. A 250 will require the same work, but you would get a little horsepower gain, and little if any loss of torque.
