I am in the process of rebuilding a Chevrolet 235 cu. in. engine for replacement of the 216 that is in my 1938 chevrolet truck. Some time ago I saw a post that a member has the tooling to drill the end of the crankshaft for the harmonic balance pulley unit, and believe that a person can purchase the tooling.
I am new to the web site and cannot find the article regarding this issue, and while on the subject, will try and post a couple of pictures of the engine rebuild.
