Last time I had that, the timing was off one click. It sparked, but weak and tried to fire. Don't know if your Nephew took out the dizzy recently or messed with it's rotation. Better check timing ASAP. Check plug wire routing from No. 1. CW 153624. The spark at points does not tell you there is spark at plugs. Does not tell if it's timed. Does not tell if plug wires are clocked correctly.
