Thanks Jerry. I pulled the intake and right head and there is indeed a crack just above the intake valve. I called the guy who built this engine 2 years ago and he is going find another matching head and rebuild it for me and use my springs in order to keep everything the same from side to side free of charge.
As bummed as I was, when he apologized to me for my troubles, It completely changed my demeanor and actually put a smile on my face knowing that there are indeed stand-up guys still out there today!
I told him straight away that he did not need to apologize to me and that I knew that he was stand-up guy. I'll be heading down there tomorrow to drop off the head.
