If it were my truck and wanted small obscure front turn indicators I would look at "Visibolts". They replace the bumper bolts and have LED's inbedded in the center of the bolt. I mount them on my original prewar cars because I insist on turn signals and the judges ding you for non original stuff. They will act as both parking lights and turn indicators with a additional inexpensive small device wired inline. I've had inspectors at the NSRA shows ask where my front turn lights are. After turning them on they say "now that's neat". They can be had in 6 or 12 volt and both positive and negative ground.
