I've worked on my 45 1.5 ton Park brake linkage recently having to create a new cable system which works great, however the E-brake lever inside the rear drum is not making full contact with the brake shoes. On the outside wheel plate, the lever that the cable connects to will only pull forward the the "half-way" position when pulling the handle fully back. Upon release of the handle, the rear lever will return fully toward the rear of the backing plate. Question, is the lever system inside the drum adjustable? I've already adjusted the brakes shoes using the rear adjusters on the backing plate. Thanks | | |
