There is a local Phoenix AZ shop called Custom made gas tanks.I' m certain you could find such a place closer by.Got a dented,leaking and goo-sealed 58 panel tank that I dont want to bother to save.
The guy doesnt do contoured corners,just normal bends,so I compensated by gradually lengthening/bending (in a staircase step fashion) to get around the curved frame support members. His quote was just about what a universal would cost.
Then I added an additional 6 inches on front and
rear to make up for the loss.But it will still be just a few gallons more than the stock 10 gallon tank.Also gonna add a 3/8 return nipple for a wix regulated filter.

I dont know how any sending unit is gonna give me an acurate reading,but the OEM guage cant be trusted anyway..drive/refill...repeat
