If using the factory E-brake cross shaft I just drill a clevis bolt lengthwise for each side, cut the Camaro cable to length for each side and braze the cable into the drilled bolts. I like to drill a slight counter bore with a bigger drill to give a "funnel" for the brass, fill bore with brass, and the heat the bolt till brass is melted and then quickly slip heated cable into place. The S10 set up is very easy. I just cut to length and thread the factory pedal to cross shaft rod, put an equalizer on the end of the rod and then run the cable from side to side through the equalizer. You will need to shorten the cable and use one of the factory, or home made, cable coupling.
