If you are just talking the edges of the panel, I would first try touching up the sand through area of base coat with a fine artist's brush. It may take more than one coat to adequately cover. Then lightly sand this with 600 grit, then either respray the entire panel or use an air brush or detail gun to touch up the edges with clear. Then be more careful with your sanding.
