| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,305 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,305 | I recently finished putting together a '49 3100 with a TH400 with and 3.08 rear end and 30" tires. 2,415 RPM at 70 MPH. It performs very nicely.
With your 26" tires you would be doing 2,786 RPM at 70 MPH.
1952 5-window - return to "as built" condition | 1950 3100 with a 235 and a T-5 transmission
