Hello everyone...I recently discovered that it seems that my 3/4 ton 41 chevy has 1 ton (or larger) fenders on it. At first I thought that the previous owner trimmed off rusty edges somewhat and rebent edge back in. Now after seeing pictures of 1 Ton and heavier duty trucks, it appears that that is what I have on mine. the larger opening was for the large tire turning clearance. But I do not have duallie set up in back and VIN number indicates 3/4 ton. Has anyone heard of this odd combination before or myabe special order? It is possible I guess that the fenders were replaced at one point with what was available. Anyhow any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
